Overview:

The Senior Director of Growth Marketing owns the end-to-end, revenue-driving growth engine across acquisition, activation, utilization, and retention. This role is accountable for full-funnel performance across both professional and consumer audiences, with a primary focus on core verticals and expansion into emerging markets. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for elevating how the organization competes and scales in a complex, competitive environment. The position blends advanced growth strategy, data-driven experimentation, AI-enabled optimization, and cross-functional go-to-market leadership. The role leads and develops a high-performing growth team and serves as the executive owner of growth outcomes directly tied to revenue, volume, and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, utilization, and retention, with accountability for revenue, transactions, lifetime value, and marketing efficiency.
  • Define and optimize the full customer funnel from acquisition through repeat usage, identifying and resolving friction through testing, experimentation, and automation.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable growth strategies and playbooks tailored to core and emerging verticals.
  • Lead performance across key growth channels including SEO and content, lifecycle and CRM, paid media, experimentation, and growth loops.
  • Build and manage influencer and key opinion leader programs aligned with go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Establish strong analytics, attribution, and experimentation frameworks that directly connect marketing efforts to revenue impact.
  • Translate data into clear decisions on what to scale, optimize, or sunset, supported by dashboards and operating cadences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to influence go-to-market execution and roadmap priorities.
  • Ensure growth initiatives are scalable, measurable, and deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team, setting clear ownership, metrics, and accountability while remaining hands-on in execution.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue operations in B2B, B2B2C, or health-tech industries
  • Deep experience with modern growth strategies, including AI-driven optimization, experimentation frameworks, and lifecycle automation
  • Background in aesthetics, healthcare, or complex B2B ecosystems strongly preferred
  • Experience building impact without relying on large budgets or oversized teams
  • Highly analytical, intellectually sharp, and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong people leader with a track record of developing high-performance teams
