Overview:

Our client is a leading skincare company seeking a Senior Manager of Education to join their team. The Senior Manager of Education leads the development and execution of brand education strategies for a skincare portfolio, translating product science, ingredient knowledge, and brand positioning into clear and engaging educational programs. This role drives product understanding, strengthens brand credibility, and supports sales through training initiatives across retail partners, field teams, digital platforms, and internal stakeholders. The position partners cross-functionally with marketing, product development, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging and effective education across all consumer and partner touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute education strategies that support brand positioning, product understanding, and sales performance across internal teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors.
  • Translate complex skincare science, ingredient information, and product benefits into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand educational materials and training programs.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate product messaging across training materials, marketing communications, and customer-facing content.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product development, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams to ensure educational content reflects accurate product information and brand positioning.
  • Support marketing initiatives by translating scientific and technical information into compelling claims, storytelling, and educational content.
  • Develop educational assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand storytelling across digital and social channels.
  • Gather and translate insights from field teams and retail partners to inform education strategy, messaging, and product positioning.
  • Create training programs and learning tools that equip field teams and retail partners with the knowledge needed to confidently communicate product benefits and brand differentiation.
  • Lead educational initiatives for retail partners through training sessions, webinars, and meetings to strengthen product knowledge and brand advocacy.
  • Develop concise, high-impact training materials including selling guides, quick-reference tools, and ingredient education resources.
  • Drive field engagement through ongoing education programs, recognition initiatives, and learning opportunities that motivate teams and reinforce brand expertise.
  • Lead internal education initiatives to strengthen organizational knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin concerns, and product positioning.
  • Design onboarding and training programs that build foundational knowledge for new hires across product, ingredient, and brand education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in skincare education, training, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, dermatologic terminology, and cosmetic science
  • Experience developing educational content for retail teams, brand ambassadors, and consumers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific information
  • Experience supporting retailer education programs and product launches
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
