As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our aesthetic device products. You will work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous innovation. Your goal is to create high-impact, competitive products that resonate with our customer base while aligning with market trends and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of aesthetic device products, from ideation to launch and beyond.

– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet customer needs.

– Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.

– Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize and oversee product development efforts.

– Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

– Work closely with marketing and sales to craft product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

– Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and internal teams for continuous improvement.

– Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive decision-making and product enhancements.

– Stay current on advancements in aesthetic technology, regulatory requirements, and competitor products.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

– 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the aesthetics, medical device, or technology industry.

– Strong understanding of the aesthetic device market, including clinical applications, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

– Proven track record of managing successful product launches and product lifecycle management.

– Experience conducting market research to uncover needs and customer insights that drive innovative solutions.

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

– Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with R&D, marketing, and sales teams.

– Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
