Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data, creativity, and innovation to achieve measurable business results. This role is critical in expanding our brand presence, fostering engagement, and driving customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of social voice and creative storytelling. This is a role for doers and self-starters who love brand storytelling and are well-versed in content creation. The social media channels include but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Come up with creative concepts for social campaigns that drive engagement and outperform competitors. Oversee the execution of these creative concepts.
  • Identify key metrics and benchmarks for success and continuously refine the strategy based on performance.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and oversee the creation of engaging, platform-specific content (e.g., posts, videos, reels, and stories) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative, and A/B testing in a timely manner. Focus is on speed of execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continually optimize content across each social media platform
  • Regularly capture photos and videos for social media content creation
  • Flexibility for last-minute changes

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all social media initiatives, reporting key insights and ROI.
  • Use analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.

Audience Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Foster community engagement and loyalty through innovative approaches.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
  • Research social media trends, continuously improve social media strategy and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
  • Interact with industry thought leaders via social media to make connections and amplify our brand
  • Test emerging platforms and features to identify new growth opportunities.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
  • Mentor others within the organization to become social media evangelists for the company, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to tell a clear and compelling story in any social medium.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
