Overview:

The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for the company in their specified geography. You will provide on-label product information to providers, KOLs, and the specialty care community.

Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately promote the medication to meet/exceed territory sales goals through approved and compliant promotional efforts.
  • Effectively communicate and provide on-label information to designated targets/accounts.
  • Exceptional business acumen leading to the creation of clear, comprehensive business plans.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, HCPs/non-HCPs, and targeted accounts.
  • Analyze sales and market trends to effectively identify current and potential future business opportunities, in addition to being able to implement an effective and strategic POA as a result.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Proven/successful performer in generating and driving sales results
  • Proven proficiency in delivering virtual engagements to HCPs and staff
