Overview:
Our client is a global healthcare company dedicated to developing science-driven, high-quality medical solutions. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their team. The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships within large healthcare and dental organization networks. This role focuses on contract management, business development, account implementation, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration to expand market access and strengthen customer relationships. The position requires strong sales leadership, negotiation skills, strategic planning, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across regional and national accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts, national contracts, and agreement implementation across assigned territories and partner organizations.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and partnership strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders within key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance, contract compliance, and financial data to monitor progress toward business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, extensions, and implementation activities in collaboration with leadership and legal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, marketing, customer relations, and leadership teams to support account growth.
- Maintain accurate account records, pricing details, contract documentation, and CRM updates.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnership prospects to support long-term growth.
- Present business reviews, sales updates, and strategic recommendations to customers and internal leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry meetings, conferences, and customer events while maintaining professional standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting processes.
- Support ongoing sales performance management, forecasting, and operational planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of corporate account sales experience within dental, medical, or healthcare-related industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing strategic accounts, contracts, and multi-site customer relationships
- Ability to analyze sales and financial data to support business decisions and forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, adaptability, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instrumentation, or clinical environments preferred
- Ability to travel extensively, including regional, national, and occasional international travel
