Overview:

Our client is an established skincare company seeking a highly driven Territory Manager to cultivate strategic partnerships, support account growth, and execute territory development initiatives. The role requires a polished communicator with strong business acumen, capable of delivering consistent sales performance while representing the company’s premium skincare portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strengthen, and execute partnership agreements with prospective and existing accounts.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure new accounts successfully achieve established onboarding objectives.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition with clarity, confidence, and strategic impact.
  • Create and implement quarterly business plans for each account, identifying opportunities to expand revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor and interpret market trends, competitive activity, and product or pricing shifts, communicating relevant insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain an advanced level of product expertise and scientific understanding across the skincare portfolio.
  • Deliver educational product presentations and micro-training sessions as needed.
  • Manage all territory data and ensure strict adherence to reporting, documentation, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize CRM tools, including daily updates in Zendesk Sell, to track field activity and account interactions.
  • Drive account progression by coordinating patient events, customer engagement initiatives, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs.
  • Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Organize and prioritize field activities to ensure thorough and consistent coverage across the territory.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and new account acquisition objectives.
  • Align all sales activities with established territory growth strategies.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and support marketing initiatives within assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in aesthetic sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships while consistently achieving sales objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Zendesk Sell is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
