Our client is a leading dental implant manufacturer committed to providing innovative solutions to dental professionals.

Position Overview: The Vice President of Sales, North America will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and operations for the North American market. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the dental implant industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to drive growth and profitability. The VP of Sales will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North American market.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the dental industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
