Overview:

Our client is a leading skincare company seeking a Regional Education Manager to join their team. The Regional Education Manager leads education and enablement across a regional territory for a professional skincare business. This role drives product knowledge, protocol confidence, and product adoption within professional accounts while equipping sales teams with the training needed to launch, position, and grow the portfolio. The position translates product strategy into practical field training and serves as a key resource for account education and internal partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to account staff, including providers, aestheticians, and front-office teams, covering product knowledge, ingredients, protocols, and appropriate product use.
  • Support new account onboarding, product introductions, and regional launches through education and training.
  • Serve as a regional resource for account education questions, ongoing training needs, and product refreshers.
  • Train and certify sales representatives on new product launches, positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
  • Support promotional initiatives and new product rollouts with region-specific education, training, and launch readiness.
  • Adapt and deliver centrally developed education content to meet regional account and sales team needs.
  • Gather field insights and account feedback to help inform future training and educational materials.
  • Ensure all training materials and presentations remain within approved claims, messaging, and educational guidelines.
  • Track training completion, engagement, and effectiveness, including impact on account activation and product sell-through.
  • Represent the organization at regional account events, industry events, trade shows, and company sales meetings as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate and field partners and positively influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Manage multiple training initiatives and priorities across a broad geographic territory.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field, with education or training experience
  • Licensed esthetician or relevant clinical/skincare credential strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to educate adult learners and simplify technical information for varied audiences
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
  • Experience with professional or doctor-dispensed skincare is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or learning management systems is a plus
